Perfect for removing hard dead skin cells from your feet, a spoiling pedicure is perfect for keeping your toenails in clean working order.
Your feet are soaked in a warm epsom salt bath. Feet are then scrubbed to remove any hard skin.
Your nail technician will shape and buff your toenails with a file, cuticles are tidied for added neatness.
They’ll then apply a base coat of polish, followed by a further two coats of gel polish and a final top coat to finish. After your nail technician has applied each coat of polish, you’ll be asked to put your toes under a UV light to dry them and you’re done! There’s no chance of smudging and no drying time necessary.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage can be very calming or quite energising.
This treatment benefits areas where there can be a build-up of high levels of stress and tension. This massage can have both an uplifting and relaxing effect on the nervous system. Indian head massage can be particularly effective if you suffer from headaches, migraines or sinusitis.
Indian head massage techniques are used while you are laying down comfortably. Your back will be warmed up with rhythmic sweeping strokes. Then, with deeper pressure, but always to your comfort level, your therapist will stretch out the muscles on either side of your spine, up and across your shoulders, down into your arms, and along your neck. This will help to loosen any areas of tightness and tension, reducing aches and pains.
Your massage will continue from your neck up into your scalp. You will then be asked to turn over so that your scalp massage can continue to the front of your head before moving down to your face.
Scalp and facial massage can be incredibly relaxing and calming, slowing down minds full of whirling thoughts. Tightness and tension along the forehead, cheeks and jaw can also be eased.

This is a lovely relaxing class as we wriggle and move our bodies working on releasing tension and improving mobility in the joints for half the class. Then we rest for the other half, in some yummy restorative poses using bolsters cushions etc, to aid mind and body relaxation. This class is done on the mat but can also be done from a chair if you have any issues with accessing the floor.
